The main entrance to Downtown for the project to take place on, and it is located in the mall specifically in plot MU5-35, which is distinguished in the Administrative Capital, and this makes access to it much easier, as well as Oaks Egypt Tower overlooking two main streets that are very close to the Ring Road.

The tower consists of a ground floor and 14 floors, in addition to 3 floors for garages and a roof. The units were divided as follows:

The ground floor and the first floor: it has been allocated for commercial units and an area for international cafes and restaurants.
The second floor: It is dedicated to providing hotel services, such as waiting rooms, reception, sports games, health resorts, and restaurants for guests and angel investors.
The rest of the floors: have been allocated to hotel units, which vary between studios, one-bedroom apartments, and two-bedroom apartments.
