The project is considered the first international hotel launched by Modon Real Estate Company in the Tourist Towers area, in partnership with one of the most famous international hotels. The Hilton Green River project is considered the first international hotel in the Tourist Towers area only, but it is also one of the most powerful points owned by Hilton in the Administrative Capital. It has a direct view of the Green River and the northern axis of Bin Zayed. The project is also located near the Downtown area, one of the most vital places, and therefore the location greatly serves the Hilton Mall project.

It is considered the only international hotel in the Tourist Towers area, and it overlooks 3 facades, ranging  in size from 46 to 124 meters:

Ground and first floors: They have been allocated to the commercial mall.
From the second to the ninth floor: they are allocated to administrative units.
From the ninth floor to the 25th floor: they are allocated to hotel units.
